These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of quotespoint.com (the "Site"), operated by Veles Digital. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. What we do

QuotesPoint is a lead-generation and comparison service. We connect consumers who request quotes with our insurance partners, who are licensed to provide quotes and coverage. We are not an insurance company, broker, or agent, and we do not underwrite, issue, or service insurance policies.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use the Site. By using the Site and continuing to our partner, you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you later provide to our partner is true, accurate, and your own.

3. How the service works

When you tap the quote button, we redirect you to our insurance partner (Champion Auto Insurance), where you complete your quote request directly with them. We do not collect your name or email on our Site. Your quote, policy, rates, and any purchase are solely between you and the partner. We are not a party to that relationship.

4. Affiliate relationship

QuotesPoint has an affiliate relationship with Champion Auto Insurance and may add other partners. We earn a commission when users sign up with a partner through our Site. This does not change the rates, terms, or coverage the partner offers you. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

5. Your responsibilities

  • Provide truthful, accurate, and current information that is your own
  • Use the Site only for lawful purposes
  • Do not impersonate anyone or misrepresent your identity
  • Do not scrape or harvest data, transmit spam, or interfere with the Site
  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems

6. No insurance advice

Content on the Site is for general informational purposes only. It is not insurance advice, a recommendation, or a guarantee of any outcome, rate, or savings. Consult a licensed insurance professional before making coverage decisions.

7. No warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, or availability. We do not warrant the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we make no warranties about the rates, terms, or service provided by Champion Auto Insurance or any partner. Quotes are subject to the partner's underwriting and may differ from any initial estimate.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuotesPoint, Veles Digital, and their operators, affiliates, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from (a) your use of the Site, (b) the conduct or content of any third party, including Champion Auto Insurance, or (c) unauthorized access to your information. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QuotesPoint and Veles Digital from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Third-party sites

The Site links to and redirects to third-party sites, including Champion Auto Insurance. We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or services. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and them.

11. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, design, logos, and code — is owned by QuotesPoint / Veles Digital or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without our written permission.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, where the Site's operator (Veles Digital) is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protections available under the laws of your U.S. state of residence.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
